Elyra Core is an independent software project created and developed by Paul Odak, based in Portugal. As the project owner, Paul Odak is the data controller for the personal data processed through this platform.

2. What data we collect

We collect only the data necessary to provide the service:

• Account information (email address, name)
• Connected service credentials (OAuth tokens — never stored in plain text)
• Usage data (anonymized analytics to improve the product)
• Communication data (emails, calendar events, tasks you create)

3. How we use your data

Your data is used exclusively to provide and improve the Elyra Core service. We do not sell, share, or provide your data to third parties for advertising or any other purpose.

4. AI and your data

AI features process your data in isolated, ephemeral environments. No data is retained by AI models beyond your active session. AI processing happens on EU-based infrastructure.

5. Data storage and security

All data is stored on EU-based servers with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. Regular security audits and penetration testing are conducted as the project matures.
